About Us
Our quality staff is comprised of six certified personal trainers with a combined 90+ years of experience. Not only do they have the knowledge to help you get results, but each of our trainers have personally achieved and experienced the rewards of training through sports and for each, it’s a way of life.
House of Payne offers a unique level of fitness training that doesn’t currently exist in the local area. “We custom fit each client’s workouts and nutritional needs to ensure that they achieve the goals they desire.” In addition to Personal Training, Boot Camp Classes are offered for speed, agility and conditioning, obstacle course training as well as Classes that are designed for specific teams, groups or organizations. Special classes and group rates are also offered for both adults and kids, home schooled students, groups or teams. |
